Michelin recommended restaurant Brasserie Hudson Quay is celebrating once again.
The award-winning Middlesbrough venue has been voted the OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award 2015 for the second year running.
Managing director Julie Volans (pictured) said: “We are all absolutely thrilled to be named as the Diners’ Choice 2015 from OpenTable for the second year running.
“All credit goes to the full team at the Brasserie for all their hard work. The award reflects the commitment of our team in producing the highest quality food experiences for all of our guests.”
OpenTable is the UK’s number one restaurant booking website and lists over 32,000 top restaurants. The Diners Choice Awards are designed to celebrate top-rated restaurants.
The voting is not random or subjective; winners are selected according to real feedback from diners who booked through OpenTable.
This accolade follows a successful year for the restaurant located on the Quay at Middlehaven, near Middlesbrough FC’s Riverside Stadium.
The owners invested more than £500,000 on the restaurant prior to opening its doors in 2013, has created 34 jobs, named a Michelin recommended restaurant, received the Diners Choice Award in 2014 and now 2015 by OpenTable.
Brasserie Hudson Quay also featured in The Great British Cook Book 2014, which saw the dish entry from the restaurant, voted the ‘7th Best Dish’ from the entire book and from a readership of over 40,000 customers.
Julie said: “It goes without question, that the restaurant offers an unmatched dining experience in the town.
“It’s our policy to source our food, services and staff locally wherever possible and by having a fully trained team we have managed to create an award-winning experience.”
The fact that we have been recognised for both our food and our service throughout all of these awards demonstrates our dedication to providing excellence in our restaurant.”
The team at Brasserie Hudson Quay are also working on a number of themed and entertainment evenings including steak nights Monday to Thursday and a Sunday Supper evening every Sunday, which includes good food and music to suit all.
