Office space with stunning bird’s eye views of Teesside has gone on the market.
The top two floors of Centre North East, Middlesbrough’s tallest building, has been made available by Teesside-based property consultants Dodds Brown LLP.
More than 16,000 sq ft of prime grade A office space is now available for rent following Amec’s merger with tenant Foster Wheeler Energy and their subsequent relocation to Darlington.
The top floor space, consisting of 7,500 sq ft, as well as 8,750 sq ft offices on the 16th floor are available separately or together.
The offices have recently been refurbished, with air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, five 16-person lifts and secure car parking.
Dodds Brown senior partner Stephen Brown said: “Having the best views in Teesside will count for lot with prospective occupiers, but the recent refurbishment and refit, along with plenty of car parking should help attract strong interest.”
Centre North East is a landmark building on Albert Road in Middlesbrough.
It’s currently home to Trillium, Provident Financial, Siemens and Teesside autism charity MAIN among others.
