Tees chartered surveyor and property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has reinforced its commitment to the region with a move to a high-quality new office in Stockton.
The firm’s Teesside office has moved to brand new, second floor 1,532 sq ft premises at Roseberry House, Kingfisher Court, on the Bowesfield Park development.
The mixed-use scheme is located just south of Stockton with excellent transport links and modern commercial and residential accommodation, sitting alongside a 15-hectare wildlife conservation area.
The office move was driven by a desire and requirement to occupy newer, better-specified accommodation to allow the firm to grow and greater integrate its working practices.
David Fairley, partner in building consultancy, said “Utilising the skills and services that we offer our clients, we were able to design, space plan, tender and project manage both our own works and those of the landlord’s.
“Working with our network of contractor contacts in the area we have sub-divided the space and created a vibrant, modern working environment.”
The firm was also attracted to the development by the number of established professional practices already located at Bowesfield Park, such as BHP Law, Archers Law, Handelsbanken and Santander.
Matthew Clarke, partner in valuation services, added: “This is Grade-A office space and we consider ourselves to be a Grade-A surveyor and property consultancy, so the new office is a mark of not just our commitment to Tees Valley but also our ambition to grow the services offered by firm in the area.”
Sanderson Weatherall provides a range of services throughout Teesside and the North East, including valuation, agency and building consultancy.
The firm provides a complete range of property, machinery and business asset services across retail, residential, offices, industrial, leisure, roadside, healthcare, public sector and third sector.
