Teesside-based chartered surveyor and property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has announced a firm-wide increase in turnover to £15m and promoted a senior surveyor to associate partner following a successful 2015-16.
Sanderson Weatherall’s overall turnover from its 10 offices across the country rose 7% thanks to the continued implementation of its strategic growth plan.
During the financial year this included the relocation of the Teesside team to new 1,532 sq ft premises at Bowesfield Park, Stockton-on-Tees, and the opening of a tenth office in Birmingham.
Newly promoted associate partner Graham Blenkarne is an expert in valuation advice on both commercial and residential property providing consultancy to main-stream lenders, local businesses and private individuals.
Across the firm’s other nine offices a further 13 promotions have been made comprising eight partners, four associate partners and one senior surveyor.
Sanderson Weatherall partner David Fairley said: “Our continued focus on delivering an outstanding integrated service for clients has resulted in a very positive year for the firm and given us a strong platform for the year ahead.
“Everyone at Sanderson Weatherall has contributed to our success over the past financial year. In particular, Graham has consistently demonstrated his ability to build strong relationships and provide commercially astute advice to our clients over time. He thoroughly deserves his promotion.
“We know there is plenty of hard work to be done to build upon this performance. However, we are in a good position to capitalise upon the opportunities that our local focus and national capabilities continue to present.”
