The former offices of a liquidated Tees recruitment firm have been put on the market.
Independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown LLP has brought to the market 1,650 sq ft of office space on Albert Road in Middlesbrough.
The office block was previously home to Jo Hand Recruitment, liquidated last year following the collapse of SSI, and more recently Jo Hand Recruitment and Consultancy, which has relocated to larger offices due to expansion.
It is situated in a prominent position in an established business area close to banks, insurance services, solicitors and recruitment agencies, and is located in the town’s new Enterprise Zone.
“This office space offers great potential for a new business coming into the town, or an established business relocating,” says letting agent Stephen Brown, senior partner at Dodds Brown.
“Albert Road is at the start of an extensive regeneration programme, with new businesses about to open up around these offices. It is close to shops, car parks and restaurants which are all improving and passing footfall is high.
“We can advise any potential tenants on help they could from the Council as a result of the Enterprise Zone and other initiatives.
“The town centre is fast-improving as a key location for office-based businesses.”
The quoting rent for the premises is £15,000 a year.
