Wynyard Park has reached an important milestone in its 25-year vision to create an outstanding mixed-use development at the heart of Teesside.
Following the huge success of Wynyard Business Park, construction of over 500 homes has now started on the sprawling site.
Located West off the A19, across the road from the existing Wynyard Village, phase one of the development has seen the introduction of over 65 businesses employing around 2,000 people and attracting more than £250m in private investment.
The next phase of development which is now well underway has welcomed a force of elite house builders including Taylor Wimpey, Avant Homes, Storey Homes and Barratt David Wilson homes.
They are on with constructing over 500 high-quality homes. In addition to this Wynyard Park has created a number of unique and exclusive self-build developments.
“We are investing heavily in creating a unique setting for all the park’s residents, through creative landscaping, bespoke design features and high quality facilities, to ensure Wynyard Park is the place to live,” said Matt Johnson, Wynyard Park’s development director.
Wynyard Park’s first self-build development, Manorside, offers 28 highly desirable opportunities to create a dream home surrounded by mature woodland.
Such is the development’s popularity, all plots have sold out from plan. Many of the plots are now under construction.
Additional self-build developments, The Beaumont and Wellington Gardens, have been granted planning permission, with infrastructure works due to start in the coming weeks.
The estate entrance has seen the creation of impressive entrance wall, adorned by ornate lanterns, with a unique woodland lodge housing a personal concierge service, offering all residents peace of mind through its 24/7 security provision. Bespoke street furniture and sculptures enhance what is already a wonderful environment to live.
The onsite marketing suite is located just off Rose Garden Lane, Wynyard Park, and is open seven days a week.
