A Teesside business centre has undergone a major refurbishment following a £500,000 investment.
BIZ HUB Tees Valley, located on Billingham’s Belasis Hall Technology Park, has been given a new lease of life after being purchased out of administration last year.
The centre, which offers high spec, all inclusive, flexible and affordable office space and professional reception services for businesses of all sizes, has undergone both internal and external renovation and now boasts new carpets throughout, new furniture and a new roof.
Following heavy investment in the IT infrastructure tenants and visitors now have access to WiFi services throughout the building, offering some of the fastest speeds available in the region, a manned reception and over 200 free car parking spaces.
The investment has also allowed for the instalment of an on-site café and a gym.
BIZ HUB Tees Valley manager Jim McFadyen (pictured above) said: “I honestly believe we have one of the best business centres around.
“The offices are newly refurbished and the building stands in one of the nicest surroundings I have seen for a serviced office.
“We’re currently running at 85% occupancy, up from 45% before the investment, which goes to show we’re not the only ones impressed by the refurb.”
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be conducted by Cllr Maurice Perry, Mayor of Stockton, to celebrate the launch of BIZ HUB Tees Valley during an official launch event later this month.
