Teesside independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown has been appointed to market two new retail units in North Ormesby, Middlesbrough.
The newly built ground floor units, of 1,830 sq ft and 1,520 sq ft, are located adjacent to North Ormesby Health Village and opposite North Ormesby Market Place, where a twice weekly market takes place.
The Health Village is one of the largest primary care developments in the North East and was developed as part of a local regeneration project.
“These new shops would suit a variety of uses, subject to planning, but a health and well-being based business would make good sense with the proximity of the Health Village,” says Richard Wilson, senior associate partner at Middlesbrough-based Dodds Brown.
The units are ready for fit out and are available on a three or five-year lease, with quoting rents of £10,900 per annum exclusive for Unit 1 and £10,600 per annum exclusive for Unit 2. Both units will qualify for small business rate relief.
