A former furniture store is set to bring a North-East firm to the top table after commercial property specialists Mandale refurbished premises they describe as “the best industrial unit and office space on Portrack”.
Mandale have brought Pennine House – the former home of Race for Furniture – to market after investing a six-figure fee in its complete refurbishment.
