Yarm’s Black Bull has officially reopened after an extensive two-week refurbishment, giving the popular high street pub an exciting new look and creating 10 new jobs.
Renowned as a hub for locals and sports fans, the new-look Black Bull offers an exciting new food menu for visitors.
Guests can now tuck into freshly made stone-baked pizzas, stacked burgers, slow cooked meat and rib options, as well as mix and match tapas.
Joining the new food menu punters will also be greeted with a thirst quenching and extensive drinks menu, boasting a wide selection of craft beers and flavoured gin.
Visitors to the Black Bull will be able to enjoy the new drinks offering whilst taking in traditional pub entertainment, such as live sport, pool, and regular quiz and music nights.
General manager Ani Friday – pictured above (left) with chef Georgina Lavin – said:“It’s been fantastic seeing the pub come together over the last couple of weeks and we can’t wait to welcome everyone who comes to pay us a visit.
“Along with the improved menu we have a fantastic selection of drinks, including a new range of craft beers, ciders and a great selection of new gins.
“The menu won’t be the only changes our regulars will notice, we’ve also given our interiors a really fresh new look and feel that will complement the pub’s traditional features.
“You’ll also see big changes in the garden where we’ve installed VIP shelters, available to be booked Friday and Saturday nights and should be perfect for the summer!”
Following the extensive refurbishment and significant investment made at the pub ten new jobs have been created for local area, with the team ready to pull pints and serve delicious food to guests.
