Commercial property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has appointed three new shareholding partners across its North East offices.
Kevin McGorie, Liz McLoughlin and Matthew Clarke have become shareholders of the independently owned property firm, bringing its total number of shareholders to 29.
Matthew Clarke, partner in Sanderson Weatherall’s valuation team and head of its Teesside office, joined the firm in 2000.
Matthew has over 18 years’ experience undertaking commercial and residential property valuation work on behalf of major lending institutions and other private clients throughout the North East.
Kevin McGorie, partner in the firm’s agency team, joined the firm in 2006 as a placement student. Kevin specialises in providing advice on the acquisition and disposal of property across the North East.
Liz McLoughlin, partner in the firm’s rating and compulsory purchase team, joined the firm in 2008. Liz specialises in advising acquiring authorities, developers and claimants on all aspects of valuation and compulsory purchase associated with regeneration.
The firm’s head of office at Sanderson Weatherall Newcastle Richard Farr said: “We are delighted to welcome Kevin, Liz and Matthew on board as shareholders, particularly during such an exciting time for the firm as we mark our 160th anniversary in the North East property market, as well as launching an updated brand.
