Quality car parts supplier moves in to prominent unit in Darlington

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has let a 9,800 sq ft unit, located in a prominent roadside position on the corner of Red Barns way and McMullen Road in Darlington.

Euro Car parts trading as Andrew Page, one of the UK’s largest distributors of quality vehicle parts, workshop equipment and tools has taken the space on a 10-year lease.

Acting on behalf of landlords, Minerva Pension Administrations, Sanderson Weatherall let the space which is perfectly located close to Bristol Street Motors, Tees Valley Mitsubishi, Skoda Darlington, SG Petch, Sims Suzuki and several other car dealerships that operate on McMullen Road.

Bill Robson, on behalf of Minerva Pension Administrations, said: “Andrew Page is a great occupier to have secured for the area and we are pleased to welcome them to their new unit.

“We were really pleased with the service we received from the agents at Sanderson Weatherall and the help they provided in securing such a great tenant.”
