Here’s to good health, as Bespoke Financial launches new arm

Bespoke Financial Teesside has launched a new arm to its business that rewards insurance policy holders for leading a healthy lifestyle.

The Stockton-based company has set up Bespoke Financial Health, which works in tandem with Vitality Insurance.

Like many companies, Vitality provide life and health insurances, but along with protecting individuals and famillies against the financial consequences of death and critical illness, it aims to keep customers fit and healthy by offering them rewards with top health and leisure brands and retailers.

They include discounts on products from global leaders Nike, Apple and Amazon, as well as a whole host of offers with numerous other renowned partners such as Starbucks and David Lloyd.

And Teessiders can now enjoy those benefits by signing up for a life insurance package with Bespoke Financial through Bespoke Financial Health, which is being run by senior protection adviser Nathan Steel and operations manager Michelle Carter.

“It’s a new arm to our business and one we are excited to launch and be a part of,” said Michelle.

“This is a product that can work for you rather than just something you pay for.

“A lot of people pay for insurance, but this is a product that gives you something back now, rather than when the worst happens.

“It gives you a chance to actively reap rewards, such as an Apple iWatch for less than £10, if you hit your fitness targets and steps.

“There’s discounts for all sorts – even on cinema tickets – and the Vitality app, which keeps and records your fitness details and programme.”

Bespoke Financial held a launch party for Bespoke Financial Health at Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough with staff and invited current and potential clients.

They are promoting it on Instagram under the handle bespoke_health – along with a private Facebook group which advises their target audience.

“We want this to be interactive and want people to use, talk about and share the product,” Michelle said.

“Use it and get the benefits, talk about it and share experiences and if other people are interested in it, let us know.

“This is something that’s suitable for everyone, and with people being increasingly health conscious these days we think it’s an ideal product to be part of, as it further encourages people to lead a healthy lifestyle while getting the rewards and the peace of mind of having your family protected.”

Launched in November 2014 with a team of five, Bespoke Financial has been growing quickly ever since.

Part of the regulated national PRIMIS Mortgage Network, their services include life assurance, critical illness assurance, income protection, private medical insurance and business assurance.
