Tees law firm finds a ‘FAB’ way of helping football club

A Teesside legal firm has helped to secure the longer-term future of Guisborough Town Football Club at its KGV Stadium base.

Freers Askew Bunting (FAB) Solicitors provided invaluable support helping the club to extend the lease on its KGV Ground.

FAB director Andrew Dixon said his law firm were delighted to help the club.

He said: “Our involvement was all part and parcel of our commitment to helping worthy causes in the communities where we operate, which includes Guisborough.

“We have delighted to have helped Guisborough Town FC secure its new lease, which in turn helps ensure the long term future of the club at the KGV Stadium.

“We sincerely hope this will be the first step towards developing a long term relationship with Guisborough town”, added Andrew.

Guisborough Town FC chairman Don Cowan added: “We really appreciate the invaluable legal assistance and support FAB has given us in setting up the new long term lease.

“It sets us up in good stead for developing some exciting new projects for the future which we hope to be announcing in the near future”, added Don.
