Middlesbrough’s largest shopping centre, the Cleveland Centre, is encouraging more shoppers and town centre workers to utilise its discounted roof-top parking by investing in a monthly season card.
Cleveland Centre has space for 600 vehicles in its roof-top car park, accessible via a ramp from Corporation Road, next to Barclays Bank.
Town centre shoppers and workers can pay daily or invest in a season card to take advantage of a discounted rate of just £50 for a full month, which allows them to come and go as many times as they please.
Cleveland Centre manager Graeme Skillen said: “Our on-site car park is always popular with shoppers and, being in the heart of Middlesbrough, close to all the town centre amenities, is also used by people travelling into the town by car for various social and leisure activities.
“We wanted offer a cost-effective and flexible parking offer for those who want a safe and secure place to park in a central location.
“We’re also keen to give office workers in the town a parking solution that fits their needs.”
Season passes are available from the Cleveland Centre management office close to the shopping centre’s Grange Road entrance.
