Tees Valley-based Resource Management Solutions (RMS), a hugely-ambitious recruitment agency, has added two new key staff to its team in the past month in a bid to explore new markets and as part of major growth plans.
Established in 2000 by Carole Martin, Darlington-based RMS are specialists in recruitment solutions.
Already with a strong regional and national reputation in manufacturing and engineering sectors, RMS are strengthening in key new areas.
Phil Wake, from Darlington, has been brought in to head up a new construction and civil engineering department.
RMS have also appointed experienced recruitment professional Natalie Makari, from Hartburn, Stockton, to head up the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, boosting the RMS management team in the process.
Operations director Matthew Telling said: “These are crucial appointments for RMS as we look to build on our success and explore new opportunities. We have built up an excellent reputation in the North-East region, which we’re looking to strengthen, while also growing the business through diversifying into new markets. Natalie’s experienced in the energy sector, as well as being a proven commercial recruiter, so she’ll bring lots to the table for RMS.

New construction and civil engineering specialist Phil, 25, said: “The big selling point of joining RMS was the outstanding reputation. They always put the candidates and clients first. New recruitment manager Natalie, 30, who has over six years’ experience in the recruitment sector, added: “What appealed to me is RMS’s company values. Also, Matt and Carole are a great management team.
The vision they have for the development of RMS over the next 18 months is exciting, and we’re shaping the business in order to offer our clients more specialist services.
