Ingleby move is a cut above for hairdressers

Opening of the Mane Lounge, the new hairdressers at Sandgate Park, Ingleby Barwick.

A new hairdressers has launched at a new Ingleby Barwick retail development.

Aiming to provide luxury hairdressing, The Mane Lounge is a new business specialising in hairdressing, expert colouring and styling, which has taken a new five year lease at Sandgate Park on Myton Way.

Anchored by a Co-op Food store, Sandgate Park is a 14,262 sq ft retail development which consists of 12 retail units.

Other occupiers also include a 130 seat Al Forno Italian restaurant and coffee shop, Cooplands Bakery, FIX IT DIY, Roseberry Newhouse, Barnardo’s & 3 Rivers Micro pub.

The Mane Lounge’s Lynn Lowery says: “We are delighted to join the Sandgate park shopping complex, and have already begun developing a wonderful clientele and gathering an abundance of five star reviews.

“Since its development, Sandgate Park has become a bustling hub for Ingleby Barwick community and is proving to be a dream location for the Mane Lounge.”

Ingleby Barwick is one of Europe’s largest private housing estates, where residential development is still ongoing.

Household numbers are expected to reach in excess of 25,000, with final phase residential schemes now under way.
