Who finished top of our inspiring business leaders poll?

Wilton Engineering’s Bill Scott is fourth and we have a woman in the top three for the first time.

Read the new issue of Tees Business online, featuring our annual poll of Tees Valley’s most inspiring business leaders.

In a poll of local business leaders, nine of this year’s top 20 most inspiring are women – compared to only three of the top 30 two years ago.

You can see the results of the poll in the autumn issue of Tees Business, with our cover featuring focusing on Karl Pemberton, managing director of Tees firm Active Chartered Financial Planners and the man chosen to head up the new Tees Valley branch of the Institute of Directors.

No fewer than 6,000 copies of Tees Business are currently being ciruculated to businesses and business hubs across the Tees Valley – but you can read it online now via the link below.

As part of our countdown to April’s inaugural Tees Tech Awards, we also speak to Dominic Lusardi, managing director of Middlesbrough-based digital leaders Animmersion.

And in our regular Tees Talk feature, eight local businesspeople tell us what they want from the newly-renamed Teesside International Airport over the next year or two.

All that plus features on many of the Tees Business partners including Teesside University, SABIC, PD Ports, Racz Group, Tees Components, Cornerstone Business Solutions, Punch Robson Solicitors and RMS Recruitment and HR specialists.
