Tees Valley-based property developer Geoff Hogg has launched Chaloner Group to further expand his development footprint across the North-East region.

The developer behind the landmark £55m Tees Advanced Manufacturing Plant (TeesAMP), Mr Hogg has become a recognised regeneration specialist having transformed a large portfolio of sites into successful and fully let office, retail, and industrial developments as well as completing a number of residential properties.

Now, through the Chaloner Group, the developer is aiming to build upon its existing pipeline of projects Tees Valley by entering new markets outside of the region.

It is currently in negotiations on a number of sites across the region, which will be announced in the near future. It is also actively seeking new Joint venture partnerships with land and property owners.

The company delivers regeneration projects from concept through to completion and has developed strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies and investors.

Mr Hogg said: “Bringing together all of our property development portfolio under one umbrella will strengthen our presence in the market and increase our focus on expanding our footprint into other key regional locations.

“The Chaloner Group brings together decades of property development expertise, enhancing communities by delivering high quality commercial and residential schemes.

“In addition to the strong pipeline of activity planned in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley, I am keen to build on our track record with developments across the UK, including cities such as Newcastle, which is an attractive market for regeneration and continues to have huge potential for proactive and collaborative developers.

“We have experience in working closely with landowners, local authorities and investors and successfully utilised these relationships to deliver regeneration sites that work for their communities, generate economic activity and achieve positive returns for investors.”
