Stockton-based Archers Law has appointed senior solicitor Paula Warburton to its wills, probate and trusts unit.
Paula has enjoyed working in Teesside area since 1994, having qualified as a solicitor in 1988, and brings with her a wealth of experience in wills, tax, trusts and estate planning.
She also advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters and acts as a deputy for a number of clients, as well as advising clients appointed as attorneys and deputies in fulfilling their obligations.
Paula said: “I really appreciate the opportunity to assist clients at some of the most difficult times in their lives.
“I’m excited to be joining the existing team who have been so friendly and welcoming during this unique time.”
Paula, who has been a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) since 1994, also works with many clients with agricultural and business assets especially in relation to passing those assets down through the generations.
