An award-winning agency that creates “digital experiences” for brands is set for further growth after securing a string of new contracts across the UK and worldwide.
Stockton-based Ryze, established in 2018, is gearing up for further expansion as it approaches the end of an impressive year, with demand for its services continuing to grow.
Ryze’s innovative approach to digital branding, which focuses on combining strategy, brand, user experience, design and development to provide an all-encompassing digital experience, is what’s making the agency stand out.
Having already expanded its office space in North Shore’s Fusion Hive and bolstered the team with additional staff, the agency is ready to commence several exciting new projects.
Ryze’s founder David Smith says: “Clients are looking for trusted partners who can help them navigate the digital landscape, be more efficient and effective and add value to their business.
“In the new world of flexible working we have been able to provide a more agile service, and as a result, we have won a string of new clients who were previously working with much larger global agencies.
“We are seeing corporate clients, who would have traditionally gravitated towards the largest digital agencies, seek out and choose to work with smaller independents as they recognise they can get better value for money and ten times the service.”
The company’s latest contracts come on the back of digital work for high-profile housebuilder Bellway Homes and its sister brand Ashberry Homes.
Ryze has been working with Bellway Homes to re-engineer its website to enhance the user experience, design internal portals and develop a new website for Bellway London.
Following the success of this work, the agency was asked to design a new online experience for Ashberry Homes. With development currently underway, the new site will launch next year.
Michael Smith, digital marketing manager at Bellway Homes, said: “Working with Ryze is a breath of fresh air. From the start of our project, it was clear they were as invested in its success as we were.
“Throughout, they’ve never lost that passion and drive – treating every challenge as an opportunity and bringing their expertise and ambition to each aspect of the project, while carefully remaining faithful to our brand.
“The output is a product we’re more than happy with and are proud to have launched. As a result of its success, we’re now working with them on multiple projects.”
All of this has been achieved against the backdrop of the global pandemic and the team’s desire to rewrite the way digital agencies operate.
“The unprecedented nature of the pandemic has put a greater spotlight on the requirement for brands to offer customers an engaging digital experience,” adds David.
“It’s our job to help them thrive digitally. They come to us with their vision and through our objective-led strategic approach, we can bring it to life and create a captivating customer journey.”
As well as projects with Bellway, Ryze has been working with KPS, a global commercial interior consultancy whose portfolio includes Nokia, Pfizer and Hewlett Packard, and Caskshare, a brand new concept offering shares in the once inaccessible, finest single cask whisky.
“Winning projects over some of the UK’s biggest agencies is a real testament to the quality and effectiveness of the work the team are producing, and this is also reflected in the excellent feedback we receive from clients,” explains David.
“I owe them a huge thank you for their support and belief over the years.
“The calibre of our team is inspiring and our holistic approach to digital projects is paying dividends. With significant contracts in place well into next year, we’re excited about where 2021 will take us.”
