“Without publicity, something terrible happens – nothing” – PT Barnum
The team behind Tees Business is currently putting together the next quarterly edition of its sister publication, Wear Business, and we want you to be part of it – celebrating all things good about trade and industry in Durham, Sunderland and the surrounding business communities.
We know it’s tough for many businesses right now but that just makes the famous old ringmaster’s quote more relevant than ever – the less you shout about your business, the more likely your customers are to overlook it.
We also know many other businesses across the region are thriving – and that important messages need to be got out to the business community, that there are opportunities that need to be publicised, good causes to be supported and brilliant offers and services that should be highlighted.
And we believe there’s no better vehicle to do that for Durham and Sunderland, Washington and Seaham; Houghton and Hetton; Peterlee and Chester-le-Street and all the satellite business communities up and down the River Wear and beyond than Wear Business – the only magazine dedicated solely to the business-to-business community of the Wear region.
Wear Business editor Graeme Anderson points out: “We’ve spent the Covid-19 months adapting with the same determination so many other business operations have done.
“We’ve boosted our online presence tremendously, grown our mailing lists and established a weekly e-newsletter to business leaders across the Wear region.
“So, one year after we launched, we’re reaching more business leaders in the Wear region, online and in print, than ever before.
“In my view, there’s no better way to raise your profile specifically within the business communities of the Wear region than through Wear Business.”
The magazine team is currently busy compiling articles and taking advert and advertorial requests for the next print issue, due to be published in February, with the deadline for adverts and advertising copy at the end of this January.
So don’t miss out. Help us, help you.
