With the deadline for entering the Tees Businesswomen Awards less than a week away, Stockton-based px Group have spoken of their ongoing commitment to supporting the event.
Tees Business will host the fourth annual Tees Businesswomen Awards – in association with Northern Skills Group – in Hardwick Hall’s Grand Marquee on Monday, September 27.
The deadline to enter is 5pm this Friday (July 23) – click here to see the categories and entry forms.
“The Tees Businesswomen Awards provide a platform to showcase the wealth of career choices available to women in the North-East,” said px Group HR director Katie Woods-Ruddick, pictured above (left) with Tees Business writer Julie Burniston.
“Each year, we are impressed to hear about the difference women make to the companies and organisations they work for and the local communities where we live.”
The Tees Businesswomen Awards celebrate the region’s female high achievers, culminating with the glitzy black-tie event on September 27.
“px Group has been involved in the Tees Businesswomen Awards from the very beginning and we remain committed to supporting this important local event,” continued Katie.
“Highlighting the breadth and depth of roles available to women is essential.
“The Training and Apprenticeships category which we have chosen to sponsor recognises the exceptional companies in our region who are investing in their people to support their personal development.”
Businesses and individuals are still being encouraged to either enter the awards or nominate deserving businesswomen for any of the five individual categories before the closing date of July 23.
Shortlists will be announced from August 9.
