One of the founding sponsors of the Tees Businesswomen Awards is proud to sponsor this year’s Company of the Year category.
Tees Business will host the fourth Tees Businesswomen Awards in Hardwick Hall’s Grand Marquee on the evening of Monday, September 27.
The awards in being held in association with Northern Skills Group, the training and apprenticeship company of Middlesbrough College.
Punch Robson Solicitors have supported the awards since its inception in 2018, sponsoring the SME category in its first three years.
And the Stockton-based law firm is sponsoring the big company category this year.
Managing partner Elaine McLaine-Wood said: “Punch Robson are founding sponsors of the Tees Businesswomen Awards – this is now our fourth awards which we have sponsored and we are very excited to be a part of.
“As a female managing partner and corporate lawyer I am working very much in a male dominated world. It is important that we champion women on their merit which in turn will encourage and inspire more women to enter business and succeed.
“We sponsor the Company of the Year – a big award – which is a category which represents businesses we serve as legal advisors.”
Tees Business director Martin Walker, pictured above with Elaine, added: “We’re delighted to again have the support of Elaine and her team at Punch Robson for the fourth year running.
“Elaine bought into the Tees Businesswomen Awards concept from day one – she was one of the first to pick up the phone when we started promoting the first event in 2018 – so it’s great to have them on board again this year.”
Tickets for the 2021 event are £85 (+vat) each, or £800 (+vat) for a table of 10, and includes a welcome drink on arrival, reception pictures, a three-course meal, table wine and the awards ceremony.
